5 Day Healing with Horses & Wellness Retreats

These retreats are very similar to the 3 day retreats, they have been created so people can travel from further afield for a 5 day experience. These all inclusive inspiring retreats offer a transformative experience designed to meet you exactly where you are in life. Whether you’re seeking a health reset, clarity through life transitions, space to heal from a relationship ending, or simply time to reconnect with yourself — these retreats offer the support, stillness, and inspiration you’ve been craving.

Many guests are drawn to the heart connection with the horses, finding deep healing in their presence. These intuitive, sentient beings have a way of helping you see yourself more clearly — guiding you toward emotional balance, self-awareness, and peace within.

 

Over five restorative days, you’ll participate in

* Two group equine assisted learning sessions with the horses

* One-hour massage or healing session,

* Healing orientated group sessions on the 3rd and 4th day with guest facilitators

*Gentle yoga and meditation (absolutely no experience necessary) *Plenty of time for quiet reflection under the stars or out in nature. Journal, paint, walk, or simply be — this is your time to listen to your soul’s whisper.

*There will be ample of opportunities to spend time with the horses over the 5 days together.
