I love these one day events, this has been a favourite one that I have ran a few times over the last couple of years.This one day retreat is designed for you to quiet the outer noise and create space for you to contemplate where you are now, what you aspire to and some great thought provoking activities to help you tune in deeply to yourself. Of course, horses will be our teachers and companions throughout the day.
